I began work at BILL in October of 2022, where my focus became International Payments and the overall payment experience from end-to-end. My goal became enabling businesses to thrive by offering intelligent payment choices & products to optimize their cash flow needs.

Local Transfers
Goal: The business expected the team to put international payments on it’s full potential adoption path. Users are partially making international payments on Bill, they have limited options for how they can send payments and the existing wire option was too slow for some customers. So the team gave users a new payment method to send fast payments without a potential receiving fee. We believed this would increase international payments thus taking users closer to full Bill adoption and increase total payment volume.
